About Tonoloway Farm.

Christoph & Lauren Herby produce maple syrup, walnut syrup, hickory syrup, mushrooms & chestnuts on Bullpasture Mountain in eastern Highland County. As a forest farm rooted in regenerative principles, Tonoloway Farm honors the diversity of Appalachian mountains while producing wholesome food for people. Christoph and Lauren are first generation farmers, learning from the community's experience while experimenting with new ideas, allthewhile marveling at their toddler's love for the flavors of the forest.
