May I place an order by phone, email, or in person?
At this time, Foodlore Provisions is only accepting online orders in advance of the pick-up date. If you are having trouble placing an order online, please contact us by email and we will do our best to help you.
I cannot make the pick-up time. What do I do?
If you place an order, we need a guarantee that the order will be picked up. Please contact us in the case of an emergency.
I failed to make the deadline on Friday at 12pm. What do I do?
Come to our Foodlore Fridays event or Saturday hours and purchase products in person!
Can I pick up my order at a location closer to me?
Oakley Farm is currently the only pick up location available for Foodlore Provisions. We look forward to expanding over time.
How do I know my order went through?
An order confirmation will automatically arrive in your email inbox. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us by email.
May I have a friend pick up my order for me?
Yes, if you discover that you’re unable to pick up your own order, please reach out via email at info@foodloreprovisions.com to let us know. We appreciate knowing prior to the day of pick-up.
