Step 1. Shop our weekly offering

The shop is open Saturdays mornings at 8AM through Wednesday evenings at 8PM. Products are sourced seasonally, and straight from the farm. Available inventory will vary week to week. Once successfully placing your weekly order, an order summary will be sent to your email, confirming your order has been received.

Step 2. Pick-up at Oakley Farm

Weekly orders must be picked up on Fridays between 4 - 7 PM at Oakley Farm in Warm Springs. Please follow instructions on your order confirmation regarding the pick-up process. See below for our FAQ.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

May I place an order by phone, email, or in person?

At this time, Foodlore Provisions is only accepting online orders in advance of the pick-up date. If you are having trouble placing an order online, please contact us by email and we will do our best to help you.

 

I cannot make the Friday pick-up time. What do I do?

If you place an order, we need a guarantee that the order will be picked up. Please contact us in the case of an emergency.

I failed to make the deadline on Wednesday at 8PM. What do I do?

Come to our Foodlore Fridays event and purchase products in person!

 

Can I pick up my order at a location closer to me?

Oakley Farm is currently the only pick up location available for Foodlore Provisions. We look forward to expanding over time.

How do I know my order went through?

An order confirmation will automatically arrive in your email inbox. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us by email.

 

May I have a friend pick up my order for me?

Yes, if you discover that you’re unable to pick up your own order, please reach out via email at info@foodloreprovisions.com to let us know. We appreciate knowing prior to the day of pick-up.
