Terms and Conditions

General Terms

In purchasing through Foodlore Provisions, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

Alcohol.

Alcohol purchases are only for persons with at least 21 years of age. We will require an ID to pick-up your wine or cider.

Order Cancellations.

Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of pick-up. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7 - 10 business days.

Unable to Pick-Up.

If you are unable to pick-up your order, please arrange for someone else to pick it up on your behalf. If you are unable to pick-up your order by the deadline at 7PM on Friday, please reach out to our team at info@foodloreprovisions.com, otherwise, any orders not picked up will be donated.

Returns

Once an order has been picked-up, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How subscriptions work.

Timeline.

Once successfully subscribing to a weekly Foodlore Provisions product, the credit card on file will be charged automatically on a weekly basis from the date of initial subscription. We will reach out and let you know when seasonal subscription items are scheduled to expire.

Cancellations.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any point throughout the season; however, you must cancel at least one week prior to the pick-up date you are cancelling for. Cancellations may be made on your own through your Account Login page, or you may contact us: info@foodloreprovisions.com. If you fail to cancel in time, your card will automatically be charged. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to refund the order. If you do not contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date, your order will be filled and donated to a family in need.

Skip a week.

If you are looking to skip a week, we are happy to help make that happen for you. We need at least one week notice prior to the pick-up date you are postponing, and we will delay your subscription for you. If you fail to contact us in time, your card will automatically be charged. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to refund the order. If you do not contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date, your order will be filled and donated to a family in need.

Unable to pick-up.

If you are unable to pick-up your order, please arrange for someone else to pick it up on your behalf. Subscription items that are not picked up on the scheduled day will be donated. We cannot hold orders overnight. In the case of an emergency, please contact us.
