Maple Walnut Syrup - Our personal favorite, and a flavor you won’t find anywhere else in Virginia! Tonoloway Farm taps black walnut trees through a process similar to making maple syrup, yielding this unique natural tree syrup. This complex blend of maple and walnut syrups combines classic maple flavor with nutty overtones from black walnut trees.
Hickory Syrup - Hickory syrup has a complex smokey flavor that adds depth to sauces and marinades, and can also be enjoyed anytime you would use maple syrup. Made from shagbark hickory trees on our own farm, and sweetened with organic cane sugar.
Caution: While walnut syrup is not shown to trigger nut allergies because the boiling process denatures allergen proteins, we advise caution when consuming or gifting walnut syrup for those with known nut allergies.
