Cruffin - Our classic cruffin is covered in sugar and filled with ginger spiced pastry cream. Topped with whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie.
Financier - is flavored with lemon zest and poppyseeds, and filled and topped with blueberries.
Bostock - a slice of croissant loaf dipped in orange simple syrup, topped with orange marmalade, orange pastry cream, almond halva, and candied orange.
Savory Croissant- local sausage, sharp provolone, garlic, red pepper flakes & topped with everything seasoning.
Apple Danish - Our croissant dough filled with brown butter pastry cream, apple slices, and topped with oat streusel.
Almond Biscotti are crunchy, twice-baked biscuits with almonds.
Chocolate Almond Biscotti are crunchy, twice-baked biscuits with almonds, dipped in dark chocolate.
Blueberry Muffins, stuffed with fresh blueberries.
Brownies, Made with brown butter and tons of dark chocolate, these brownies are chewy and extra fudgey.
Chocolate Chunk Cookies are made with large chunks of dark chocolate, browned butter, and topped with a sprinkling of kosher salt, our chocolate chunk cookie is chewy and delicious.
Croissants include Plain, Almond, Chocolate, Chocolate Almond, Everything, and Savory.
Canneles are rum & vanilla infused custard baked in a beeswax lined copper mold so that it caramelizes on the outside and maintains a moist, cakey texture in the interior.

Financiers are a gluten free, almond flour & buckwheat flour small cakes featuring a liberal amount of browned butter. One variety might include a caramel praline core and blitzed hazelnut on top.
