Baguette. Our take on a French classic, naturally leavened with a stiff sourdough starter. Made with locally grown and milled Virginia wheat.
Sesame Baguette. Our take on a French Classic. Made with organic bread flour, whole wheat flour and locally milled spelt flour. Topped with sesame seeds.
French Batard Loaf. All the goodness of a baguette in a large batard. Crusty loaf with a closed crumb that pairs well with just about anything.
