Fort Lewis Farm

Historic Fort Lewis Lodge & Farm, situated along the Cowpasture River in Western Bath County, has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. David and Erin Cowden joined the business in 2016 and soon thereafter began renovations on a 1974 Airstream Sovereign, with the goal of converting the iconic camper into a custom food truck. That vision was realized in the Summer of 2019 when the couple partnered with Will and Cornelia Hodges to introduce the first Foodlore outdoor dinner series, where they have woven local produce, meats, wines, and other farm goods into an inventive pre-fix dining experience.
