  • Cruffin - Our classic cruffin is covered in sugar and filled with delicious eggnog filling. Topped with whipped cream.

  • Financier -Our financier this week is flavored with lemon zest and poppyseeds, and filled and topped with blueberries. Made from browned butter, almond flour, honey, and buckwheat flour.

  • Savory Croissant- Our croissant dough filled with brown butter pastry cream, apple slices, and topped with oat streusel.

  • Apple Danish - Our croissant dough filled with brown butter pastry cream, apple slices, and topped with oat streusel.

  • Apple Bostock - A slice of our croissant loaf dipped in simple syrup, topped with apple butter, brown butter pastry cream, oat streusel, and Pink Lady apples.

Almond Biscotti are crunchy, twice-baked biscuits with almonds.

Chocolate Almond Biscotti are crunchy, twice-baked biscuits with almonds, dipped in dark chocolate.

Blueberry Muffins, stuffed with fresh blueberries.

Brownies, Made with brown butter and tons of dark chocolate, these brownies are chewy and extra fudgey.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies are made with large chunks of dark chocolate, browned butter, and topped with a sprinkling of kosher salt, our chocolate chunk cookie is chewy and delicious.

Croissants include Plain, Almond,Chocolate, Chocolate Almond,Everything, and Savory.

Canneles are rum & vanilla infused custard baked in a beeswax lined copper mold so that it caramelizes on the outside and maintains a moist, cakey texture in the interior.

The following specialty pastries will change seasonally with a variety of fillings or additions:

Financiers are a gluten free, almond flour & buckwheat flour small cakes featuring a liberal amount of browned butter. One variety might include a caramel praline core and blitzed hazelnut on top.

Cruffins are a sweet croissant/muffin hybrid with varying fillings.

Croissant Bostocks are a sweet pastry made with the “leftover” dough, and taste like a cross between an almond croissant and french toast. Dipped in simple syrup and topped with confections sugar, with varying toppings.

Kouign-amanns are the sugary cousin of the croissant. Buttery, flaky, and caramelized to perfection with a hint of orange zest..
