The Mayor is a small batch sausage company using sustainably sourced meats. With chef-driven seasonal recipes and classic butchery techniques, we create craft sausages ranging from traditional styles to unique flavors.

The Mayor Meats Sausages:

Fennel Garlic, a mild Italian sausage. Seasoned very simply with fennel, garlic, Salt and pepper. Sold in packages of 4.

Linguica, a smoked Portuguese sausage that is their version of a Kielbasa. White pepper and Garlic with a pork base similar to Kielbasa but with paprika added to give it a whole new flavor. Sold in 12 oz. packages of 2.

Andouille, this Louisiana and Cajun staple is fantastic for soups and stews and of course your jambalaya and Gumbo. Pate spices with a very nice bit of heat, this sausage is used as a flavoring sausage.

Currywurst, another German Classic. A slightly less traditional style as this has the curry directly put into the sausage, a rich yet smooth curry flavor. Great for the grill, soup, or sausage gravy to be served on some biscuits.

Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, This sausage comes fully cooked. It is a spicy and cheesy delight. The spiciness of the peppers and the creaminess of the cheese make this one really hard to miss out on. Easy for a quick meal, great on the grill and one that will keep you wanting more. Sold in a 12oz pack of 4 sausages.
