A German Sourdough Christmas Bread filled with rum soaked currants, apricots, almonds, cranberries and golden raisins: Folded over a strip of almond paste, brushed with butter and topped with powdered sugar. This bread will keep for up for three weeks and is tremendous toasted and served with a warm cup of coffee or cold juice!
