Keepwell Vinegars
Apple Cider Vinegar, always fermented slowly through the surface method, meaning that it settles nicely into a 4-5% acidity, and is never diluted with water.
Black Garlic Vinegar, Aged over two years, the rich, almost smoky flavor is a great accompaniment to nearly any dish- mixed into a dipping sauce, a marinade for meats, a punch to your potato salad
Gochujang Miso, deep & earthy from fermented soy, and its sweetness comes from malted Pennsylvania grain breaking down rice to unlock its natural sugar. Spicy level 6/10.
Sweet Potato Hoisin, fermented from its traditional ingredients- only sweet potatoes, farro, and soybeans. It is on the sweeter end of miso pastes, and can form the base of a gorgeous barbecue sauce (or any kind of dipping sauce), glaze for ribs or meatloaf, or stir fry when loosened with a little soy sauce or sesame oil.
Soy Sauce, Our “classic” soy sauce, this is made over a period of about a year, fermenting to the delicious richness we all love.
Worcestershire Sauce, Malt vinegar, aged for months over 100% local, mid-Atlantic versions of all of the traditional ingredients. A little sweet, a little sour, a little dry, and very savory.
Graza Drizzle, is 100% Extra Virgin finishing oil. It’s made from olives that are picked early, when flavor is bold and antioxidants are highest.
Graza Sizzle, is 100% Extra Virgin cooking oil. It’s made from peak season olives that yield a more mellow flavor. Use it every day, in every way.
Boon Chili Oil, consists of a blend of chilies, spices, anchovies, shallots and garlic all cooked in canola oil.We Recommend: Using Boon while cooking or as a condiment for added flavor. Spice level: 7/10. Sold in 8 oz jars.
