Anathallo Acres

Anathallo Acres is inspired by the greek word Anathallo, which means “to flourish anew” or “grow-green again” – a process we aim to create with each new day, season, year, and generation. The farm is operated by Alex Moore - a 4th generation farmer on the iconic Bells Lane district in Staunton Virginia. In addition to mushrooms, Anathallo Acres raises grassfed beef, non-gmo pork and pastured broilers that can be found in fine-dining restaurants in Staunton and at the Staunton Farmers Market.
