Just as folklore is the tradition of passing stories through generations, FOODLORE is our culinary equivalent. In a time before industrialized farming and fast food, ‘dining’ seemed to have an altogether different purpose. Generations past gathered together at the harvest, sharing their garden’s bounty, butchering their prized livestock, and preparing their family’s most cherished recipes. The whole community contributed to the collective celebration.

Our hope is to carry that ritual into the next generation. To gather as many ingredients and products as we can from our small, local producers and provide the community with a culinary experience that celebrates the farming traditions that make this area so unique.
